Michael: Irish and German
FE: What did you enjoy most about the photo shoot?
Michael: During - working and goofing off with a great photographer and even better friend. After - eating "Five Guys" like I had 3 minutes left to live.
FE: How do you stay Ripped?
Michael: I try to work out without a weight room as much as possible...biking, kayakin, kickboxing, etc. I get bored easily and this helps me to take thinks that are fun and turn them into my workouts.
