Rafaele: I am mixed...Spanish, Italian, Puerto Rican and Blackfoot Indian.
FE: What did you enjoy most about the photo shoot?
Rafaele: Wow! Well, first of all everyone was so great to me...Thank you. The best part was that I got to be myself in the shoot and had some good laughs!
FE: How do you stay Ripped?
Rafaele: I hit the gym at least 4 times a week.
Day one: arms and shoulders
Day two: chest and back
Day three: legs
Day four: I take a class as it keeps me balanced.
Always finish your workout with some abdominals and some cardio
